We are looking for a full-time, fully remote Content & Data Marketer (independent contractor) who is fluent in Spanish and English to help drive our marketing initiatives, optimize our content strategy, and leverage data insights to enhance client engagement. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who can dedicate focused time to our firm each week, with phased contract renewals based on performance and fit.

Job Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As our Content & Data Marketer, you’ll lead efforts to create compelling content and use analytics to drive smarter marketing decisions. You’ll work closely with leadership to align marketing with business goals while contributing to Tingen Law’s reputation as a trusted and accessible legal brand.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Write and edit optimized blog posts, newsletters, case studies, and web pages.
• Create content for social media, email campaigns, and landing pages.
• Conduct SEO research and apply best practices to increase traffic and visibility.
• Track and analyze content performance using tools like Google Analytics.
• Report insights and offer data-informed recommendations to improve engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategic campaigns.
• Stay up to date with content and digital marketing trends.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

✅ Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years in content marketing, SEO, or analytics (or a strong portfolio).
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
• Excellent writing, editing, and research skills.
• Working knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress or comparable content platforms.
• Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
• Strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into strategy.
• Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.

Contract Terms

• 💼 Type: Independent Contractor
• 🕒 Hours: 40 hours/week (must be able to prioritize our work during agreed hours)
• 📍 Location: Fully remote, with at least 4 hours/day overlapping with EST
• 📅 Structure:
• 1-month trial
• 3-month follow-up contract
• 6-month rolling renewals thereafter
• 💵 Rate: $1,500/month USD
• 🧾 Payment: Every 2 weeks (15th and 30th typically); contractors are responsible for their own taxes and compliance
