Content Operations Specialist (Remote, Full-Time)

Kyri Media is a fast-growing content agency helping real estate agents across the U.S. grow their brand and generate clients through high-converting short-form video.

We’re looking for a Content Operations Specialist to join our remote team. Your role is to keep our content systems, client workflows, and internal processes running like a machine. You’ll coordinate between video editors, social media managers, and client success reps to ensure content is delivered on time, organized properly, and optimized for scale.

This is a perfect fit for someone who thrives on structure, loves checklists, and constantly looks for ways to improve systems.

Job Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize internal content workflows using ClickUp, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

Monitor deadlines and make sure video content moves smoothly through each stage (idea → script → edit → post)

Assign, track, and follow up on tasks with editors, SMMs, and other team members

Ensure client folders, assets, and calendars are clean and well-organized

Spot bottlenecks in the system and help create SOPs to solve them

Coordinate content scheduling and delivery with SMMs

QA content before delivery (basic checks on video accuracy, captions, and client notes)

Prepare weekly reports and updates for the CEO and CSM team

Occasionally assist with onboarding new clients or setting up new workspaces

Job Requirements

2+ years of experience in content operations, project coordination, or admin support

Strong English communication (written and verbal)

Extremely organized and detail-oriented

Confident using Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, ClickUp (or similar tools)

Reliable, independent, and proactive

Bonus: Experience working with creative or marketing teams
