We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Coordination Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate schedules, manage strategic initiatives, handle various planning tasks, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Additionally, this position requires full availability to work from Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage schedules, ensuring efficient time management for all team members.
Assist in the strategic coordination of projects and initiatives, collaborating with different departments.
Handle various planning tasks, such as organizing meetings.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.
Assist in the implementation and improvement of coordination processes.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Requirements:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
Proven experience in coordination or administrative roles.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Full availability to work full time from Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
