We are looking for an intelligent, detail oriented, and growth minded individuals to join our team remotely on a full time basis. Your primary responsibility will be to review credit reports, identify errors or inaccurate information, and draft dispute letters to be sent by mail or electronically. You must be able to read, understand, and speak English, and if you speak advanced English, that will be a plus for team collaboration. This is a long term opportunity with potential to grow along with the company as we build a dynamic, expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze credit reports and identify inaccurate, outdated, or unverifiable information
• Draft dispute letters using provided templates and guidelines
• Send disputes by mail, fax, or online portals as required
• Track and document the status of disputes and their outcomes
• Communicate with clients or the team as needed regarding the progress of disputes
• Learn and implement new credit dispute processes quickly and efficiently
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues independently without constant supervision
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely
• Provide clear and professional updates and reports to the team
• Receive regular feedback to improve and grow in the role
Requirements:
• Reliable, high end computer capable of handling large PDF files and office software
• Stable internet connection
• Basic computer skills and comfort with office programs
• Tech savvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly
• Interest and openness to working with AI tools and automation
• Able to read, understand, and speak English fluently; advanced English is a plus for team collaboration

• Excellent communication skills via email, Slack, and WhatsApp, with a proactive and responsive attitude
• Experience in credit repair, dispute processes, or consumer protection laws is a plus (training provided)
