📅 Work Days: Tuesday - Saturday

🚫 Days Off: Sunday & Monday

Job Responsibilities

🎯 Job Responsibilities

Your key duties will include, but are not limited to:

✅ Managing and resolving customer claims efficiently, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.

✅ Monitoring our Customer Service Channel to address inquiries and concerns.

✅ Handling customer phone calls when necessary, providing exceptional support.

✅ Responding to and logging customer reviews professionally.

✅ Sending Thank You cards to enhance customer relationships.

✅ Sending follow-up emails to request reviews and feedback.

✅ Conducting weekly truck audits for the Operations team.

✅ Sending confirmation texts to assist the Operations team (once a week).
