Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Customer Service and Operations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is central to our operations, involving handling inbound leads, driving sales, managing customer billing and payments, scheduling logistics, and coordinating with our drivers and partners. The ideal candidate excels in communication, has a great attitude, is receptive to feedback, is sales-oriented yet customer-focused, learns quickly, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the company owners.

Compensation:
Location: Must reside in Latin America and be comfortable working remotely.
Language: Exceptional (Native or C1/C2 level) verbal and written English fluency is mandatory.
Experience: 1-3 years preferred in Customer Service, Sales, Dispatch, Operations Support, or similar roles. Proven success in CS and/or Sales is a significant advantage.
