Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Customer Service and Operations Specialist to be the primary point of contact for our clients. This role is central to our operations, involving handling inbound leads, driving sales, managing customer billing and payments, scheduling logistics, and coordinating with our drivers and partners. The ideal candidate excels in communication, has a great attitude, is receptive to feedback, is sales-oriented yet customer-focused, learns quickly, and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment, reporting directly to the company owners.
Working Hours & Expectations:We have part time and full-time remote positions requiring approximately 30 & 50 hours per week.The schedule includes standard weekday hours plus a half-day on Saturdays (specific hours to be coordinated, likely aligning with Pacific Time business hours).High responsiveness during working hours is critical.Must maintain a professional remote work environment with a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for VoIP calls.Must be comfortable working logged in front of a camera on Google meet the entire shift
Compensation:Pay training $5.00 USD per hour.Pay is $8.00 USD per hour. (full task completed)
