Experience
-Minimum 2 years experience as a Customer Service agent with an eCommerce brand.
-Minimum 1 year experience as a Customer Service Manager or Leader
-Great internet connection
Must have prior experience with:
-Shopify
-Paypal
-Chargebacks
-Canned responses
-Rules/Automations
-SOP's Documentation
-Gorgias customer service system would be a bonus skill*
