Full Job Description
We are an ecommerce company seeking a customer service rep to join our growing team.
This is a full time position and we hope you will be a part of our team for a long time.
Characteristics of a good customer service rep:
-Positive, cheerful, optimistic
-Wants to help the customer
-Determined to help as many customers as possible
Experience
-Minimum 2 years experience in Customer Service with ecommerce brand
-Good internet connection
-Have worked with Gorgias, Shopify and Paypal in past
