Full Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales & Administrative Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations. This role involves managing customer communication, scheduling deliveries, assisting with sales inquiries, and maintaining organized records through Google Workspace. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys interacting with both customers and team members.


Job Responsibilities

  • Scheduling & Coordination:
  • Create and manage daily and weekly schedules in Google Calendar for dumpster deliveries and pickups.
  • Communicate schedules to drivers and notify customers when their dumpster is on the way.
  • Coordinate timing with vendors for broker orders, and submit expense reports in an efficient manner.
  • Customer Service & Sales:
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Provide quotes and explain service options clearly and professionally.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to booking.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Create and maintain organized documents and tracking sheets in Google Docs and Google Sheets.
  • Categorize and file customer information into docs for marketing campaign. 
  • Track customer interactions, leads, and communications.
  • Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Marketing & Communication:
  • Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain and update email lists for current and potential customers.
  • Help promote company services through effective communication and follow-up.


Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support (waste management industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
  • Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
  • We do require fast/reliable internet speed, and little/no background noise when on call with the client.
