We are looking for a Customer Service Representative-Remote (Bilingual: Spanish / English) assist customers via inbound/outbound calls and/or chat/email. A CS representative is responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance in a timely and efficient manner.
Type: Full Time (40 hours per week)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays - 9am to 5pm EST
Salary: $5 per hour, 40 hours per week
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Analyze customer situations, identify root causes of problems, and propose effective
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and handling billing inquiries.
Provide technical support for products/services and guide customers through setup and usage processes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative Role or in a similar role.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and remain composed
Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and basic computer applications
Strong organizational skills, Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office setup
Enjoys assisting customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
