Customer Service Representative (Bilingual – English/Spanish)

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a dependable and experienced Customer Service Representative to fully manage our customer support through Gorgias. This is a full-time role handling all incoming customer service inquiries from start to finish—strong communication skills, accountability, and attention to detail are essential.

Schedule:

• Tuesday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time)
• Saturday and Sunday: 4 consecutive hours per day (flexible within 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET)
• Mondays off

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to all customer inquiries through Gorgias (email-based support system)
• Assist with order tracking, returns, product questions, and issue resolution
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Follow up on open tickets and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain detailed and accurate records following internal procedures

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven customer service experience (not entry-level)
• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent written communication and follow-through

Preferred:

• Experience using Gorgias and/or Shopify
