As a Customer Success Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring smooth, stress-free moves from start to finish. You’ll be the go-to person for customer communication, claims management, and move coordination—playing a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence.
What You’ll Do:
✔️ Be the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and CRM.
✔️ Provide accurate information about services, rates, and scheduling when needed.
✔️ Ensure all required documents (contracts, authorizations, agreements) are accurate and complete accordingly.
✔️ Conduct pre-move confirmation calls and proactively update customers throughout their move.
✔️ Manage customer claims, ensuring thorough documentation, timely resolution, and clear communication.
✔️ Handle any service issues, complaints, or disputes with professionalism and empathy.
✔️ Collaborate with operations and sales teams to ensure a seamless moving experience.
✔️ Review customer accounts thoroughly to ensure all necessary details, documentation, and notes are complete and accurate—laying the groundwork for a smooth and successful move.
✔️ Maintain detailed customer records in our CRM system.
✔️ Monitor job progress and provide internal reports on customer satisfaction and service quality.
✔️ Perform additional customer service-related tasks or any other assigned duties as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or move coordination (moving industry experience is a plus!)
✅ Experience handling customer claims or dispute resolution is highly preferred.
✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
✅ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive problem solver.
✅ Proficiency in CRM software (SmartMoving experience is a plus!)
✅ Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
✅ Reliable and self-motivated—you take ownership of your role and get things done!
Work Schedule:
🕘 Monday–Friday: 9 AM–6 PM EST
🕘 Saturday: 9 AM–4 PM EST
