What we're looking for
We're looking for a Client Success Manager. This is a full-time remote (work from home) position. You will join our team of client managers.
The foundation of our work is client relationships. We treat our clients like respected family members and it’s important to have the right people in the role of client manager.
At the same time, client managers need to have an understanding of digital marketing and be comfortable learning new technology. You need to have some knowledge of website development, CRM software, and Google/Facebook Ads in order to answer client questions, interface with the technical team, and help troubleshoot problems.
This unique mix of right brain (client relationship building and management) and left brain (marketing strategy, tools, and data analysis) skills makes client managers very special people. To be successful in this position, you should have an excellent customer relationship skillset. Our clients are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful team members who can help us grow!
The Ideal Candidate
Go HighLevel (GHL): Ideally you have some experience with GHL. Many of your support calls will revolve around helping our clients configure and use HighLevel.
Duda, Publer, Google and Facebook Ads: Ideally you have some familiarity with these. You are not expected to build websites or campaigns (we have other team members for that). However, you will need to know these well enough to be the conduit between our technical team and clients.
Client management experience: The core of your job is relationship building. You need to be a person that cares deeply about helping our clients succeed. That means managing expectations, being clear in your communication, and being willing to coach clients. You also need to be comfortable with challenging conversations and have the ability to diffuse tense situations and the foresight to navigate around potential
Detail-oriented team player: You’re a stickler for details. You check your work twice before signing off on it. You understand the importance of using tools like ClickUp and Slack to manage projects and communicate with the team.
Problem Solver: You’re expected to bring more to the table than expected and hurdle problems, not allow them to get in your way. We need people who are willing to “figure it out” and don’t mind rolling up their sleeves. That doesn’t mean we aren’t here to support you, we absolutely are! But the problem solving should begin with you.

Requirements
This is a 100% remote position. You must be equipped and experienced with working from home. All candidates must have access to a fast computer/laptop with a camera and mic, stable internet connection and a quiet place to take calls and zoom meetings.
Superb written and spoken English
You must be willing to work US working hours
