We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Agent with experience in using Gorgias and Shopify to manage customer inquiries for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in e-commerce customer service, be able to manage high volumes of requests efficiently, and resolve customer issues related to orders, refunds, and product inquiries.
• Respond to customer inquiries through Gorgias in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve issues related to orders, payments, refunds, and product questions
• Work with the Shopify platform to track orders, update customer details, and manage returns
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, specifically with e-commerce businesses
• Strong knowledge of Gorgias and Shopify
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to high volumes of customer inquiries
• Excellent communication skills
