Job Description:

• Guide and help customers: Provide information and assistance about our company's products. 
• Recognize the most valuable customers: Identify the customers who are most valuable to the company and ensure they receive exceptional service.
• Understand what customers need: Listen to customers to understand their needs and expectations.
• Address questions, complaints and comments: Resolve any problem or question that customers may have.
• Detect opportunities for improvement: Use customer feedback to identify areas where we can improve.
