Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support and Executive Assistant. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and assisting our executive team in various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
  • Promptly answer customer phone calls, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
  • Engage with customers via live chats and emails, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with our carrier partners through phone and email to gather information about shipments and resolve any issues.
  1. Executive Assistant Duties:
  • Assist executives in day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Contribute to digital marketing efforts as needed.
  • Provide support in sales-related activities.
  • Assist in bookkeeping tasks when necessary.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:

  • Mandatory:
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
  • Proven experience in customer support roles, preferably over the phone.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Demonstrated patience and confidence when dealing with challenging situations.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software.
  • Preferred:
  • Experience in digital marketing.
  • Background in sales.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
