Audien Hearing (audienhearing.com) is America's #1 over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aid company. We provide high-quality, affordable hearing aids to help improve the standard of living for anybody who struggles with hearing. While traditional hearing aids cost between $2,000-$4,000 per pair, ours can be purchased for as low as $100 (with pricing increasing from there, depending on the model). We recently partnered with Walmart to sell our hearing aids in over 4,400 stores across the United States; we are also expanding into BestBuy, Walgreens, CVS, and more. Job Responsibilities

Our fast-growing team is seeking detail-oriented, empathetic customer service reps to help manage all customer inquiries. This is an opportunity to not only make a positive difference in the lives of our customers, but also provide an essential role for our business. Please see requirements below.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience for U.S. companies
• High level of verbal/written communication and comprehension in English (C level preferred)-- this is a must
• Must be fluent in Spanish (as well as English)
• Has worked in healthcare and/or technical support
• Ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Comfortable offering/pitching upsells to customers
• Ability to manage high-volume inbound / outbound calls
• Email support experience
• Most importantly, we need reps who are kind, compassionate, and empathetic to our customers-- they always come first.
