We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Input & Operations Assistant to help with the behind-the-scenes tasks that power our land investment company. This role is essential for keeping our pipeline accurate and up to date. You’ll be responsible for managing data from start to finish — from pulling raw county information to preparing files for outreach campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Pull property and ownership data from county records and online databases.
Perform skip tracing to locate property owner contact information.
Organize, clean, and deduplicate large data files (Excel/Google Sheets).
Upload lead lists into the CRM and maintain data accuracy.
Track outreach campaigns and update status fields as needed.
Generate and assign mailer codes and campaign identifiers.
Assist in preparing reports on lead counts, costs, and performance metrics.
Support team members with other administrative data-related tasks.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail — ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
Proficient in spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).
Familiar with data entry, organization, and file management.
Basic understanding of skip tracing tools and property data sources preferred (training provided).
Experience with CRMs (Pipedrive or similar) is a plus.
Fast learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable with repetitive tasks.
Strong written communication and ability to follow instructions precisely.
