Demand Preparation Specialist

Demand preparation Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Request Medical Records via email/fax/mail.
  • Provider Communication.
  • Follow-up on pending requests.
  • Request amendments.
  • Weekly Case Audits with Demand Team Lead.
  • Update Litify tabs with information (i.e. request tab, damages tab, etc.)
  • Create Demand Preparation Package in PDF format.
  • Send package for review.
  • Make any necessary corrections to demand package.


Demand preparation Specialist Job Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • The candidate must have great time management skills
  • The candidate must be able to organize cases assigned and prioritize and get things done.
  • The candidate must be detail oriented.
  • Someone who is curious to ask questions to make sure things are done right.
  • We are looking for someone that will get things moving.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Commitment to work overtime on occasion.
  • Must speak English and Spanish fluently.
  • Have solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Must be a self-starter and multi-tasker.
  • Must have a Computer (Desktop or Laptop) Core I5 or above, 12 GB of Ram, at least Windows 10 installed.
  • Noise cancelling headsets.
  • Webcam for daily meetings and huddles.
  • Internet speed must be 35Mbps Download and 15Mbps Upload.


PAYMENT RATE: For the first 3 months it’s a base salary of $550 plus $63 per package that you prepare and get approved. Then it will be full commission at $63 per package with incentives on certain types of cases. (In average within the first 3 months you will be able to complete around 10 cases per month, after 3 months on average you will be completing at least 16 cases per month).

MONTHLY PAYMENTS - PAYMENTS ARE PROCESS ONCE PER MONTH AND DEPOSITED THE LAST DAY OF EACH MONTH

PAYMENTS ARE PROCESSED VIA DEEL (You can choose how to withdraw your payment, the options available are Direct Deposit to your bank account, Pay Pal, Payoneer, Wise)
