We are seeking a Director of Operations to join MSP Sales Partners, a fast-growing fractional coaching company serving Managed Service Providers. Currently generating $50K monthly revenue with plans to scale to $150K+ within 18 months, we need an experienced operations leader who can drive strategic initiatives and build scalable systems.
This is NOT an administrative role. We want someone who identifies problems before leadership sees them, proposes solutions independently, and leads operational transformations.
You'll work directly with the CEO and small core team (customer success manager, sales rep, part-time sales coach, various contractors) to optimize our sales processes, implement business systems, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks as we rapidly scale.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can operate at multiple levels - from hands-on CRM optimization to high-level process design.
You'll have significant autonomy to shape our operations and grow into a senior leadership position as the company scales.
This role requires Pacific Time availability (8 AM - 4 PM) and full-time dedication to building something significant with our growing team.
