Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dispositions Specialist to join our growing wholesale real estate team. In this role, you will play a critical part in our sales process by building and maintaining relationships with cash buyers and selling the properties we acquire to them. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage a cash buyers list and ensure the successful disposition of deals to the most suitable buyer.

Position: Dispositions Specialist

Location: Remote

Hours: 30-40 hours per week


Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and grow a list of qualified cash buyers interested in purchasing wholesale deals.
  • Market and sell properties to cash buyers, negotiating the best possible terms for both the company and the buyer.
  • Maintain regular communication with cash buyers, providing updates on new deals and upcoming opportunities.
  • Ensure all properties are sold within a timely manner to maximize profitability.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate a smooth closing process for all deals.


Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field (experience with dispositions in wholesaling is a plus).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build relationships and networks with investors and buyers.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic knowledge of the wholesale real estate industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.

Requirements

  • Advanced level of English is highly desirable.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet place to make calls and conduct business.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
