E-commerce Customer Service Rep

Full Job Description

We're looking for a rockstar Customer Experience Associate who has experience working in the VMS (Vitamin, Mineral, and Supplement Industries). Applicable work experience would be brands within the Health & Wellness related industry such as AG1, Bloom, LiquidIV, Waterboy, KOS Naturals, Laird Superfoods, DrinkLMNT, etc. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in customer experience, an empathetic people person, we'd like to meet you.Who you areOur ideal candidate thinks in optimizing systems, has exceptional oral and written communication skills, has a passion for physical fitness and nutrition, and is experienced delivering an exceptional customer experience. You should be a ‘people person’ with great customer service skills and understand the customer journey.Ultimately, you should be able to act as the face and voice of our brand and manage all customer experience issues.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist and manage customer service channels.
• Respond back to customer service tickets: email and text in a timely manner.
• Monitor and report on product feedback and online reviews, both onsite and offsite.
• Process & fulfill customer orders within Shipstation
• Train and manage customer experience team members.
• Work with production and marketing to enhance the customer experience.

Job Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a CX manager or agent in the VMS field (Vitamin, Mineral, Supplement Industries).- Reference Check of Previous CX Position- Experience using Google Sheets- Experience using Re-Amaze or Gorgias- Experience using Shipstation
