We’re seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist with a strong background in AI-powered tools to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead email campaign creation and management for our clients, focusing on women’s and children’s health and wellness brands. Job Responsibilities

● Email Campaign Setup & Management:

○ Design, build, and execute email campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.

○ Create workflows, including welcome series, abandoned cart sequences, and nurture campaigns, tailored to client goals.

○ Optimize email templates for branding, user experience, and performance.

● AI-Powered Content Creation:

○ Use AI tools (e.g., Jasper AI, Writesonic, or Copy.ai) to draft, personalize, and optimize email content.

○ Leverage AI-generated insights to improve subject lines, CTAs, and overall email performance.

● Automation & Personalization:

○ Implement advanced segmentation strategies for personalized email experiences.

○ Use audience data to create behavior-based campaigns (e.g., triggered by activity, demographics, or purchase history).

Job Requirements

• 3 years of experience
• Experience with AI tools
• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo and Mailchimp
• Knowledge of Google Analytics or other reporting tools
