We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Account Manager to join our team. This role will be pivotal in managing the day-to-day relationships with our brokers, ensuring they receive top-notch service and support. 🤝 Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
💻 Conduct platform demos to showcase the features and benefits of our comparative rater.
🛫 Oversee the onboarding process for new brokers, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
🔑 Facilitate the provisioning of brokers with carriers, addressing any issues promptly.
🧐 Sit with brokers to understand their daily routines, challenges, and pain points.
📝 Gather and document feedback from brokers on new features and improvements.
🔗 Communicate broker feedback to the tech team to guide product development.
🌟 Ensure all interactions align with our core values and contribute to a positive team environment.
🗣️ Must be able to speak and write fluent English.
📈 At least 5 years of experience in B2B insurance sales.
☎️ At least 5 years of experience in customer service.
🧾 Good understanding of the different insurance lines, brokers, and carriers.
🤝 Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
🛡️ Strong understanding of the insurance industry, particularly specialty insurance lines like Cyber, D&O, and EPLI.
🗨️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
👥 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
🔍 Proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
💻 Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn new software platforms.
