At Vende Como Pro, we are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for organizing, overseeing, and executing the marketing strategy of the company, which is dedicated to teaching Amazon sales. They will lead the marketing team (copywriter, designer, editor, CM/setter), ensure the effective execution of campaigns, optimize processes, and guarantee that all actions are aligned with business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with the sales team and management.
Design and implement the monthly and quarterly marketing plan in conjunction with management.
Coordinate the marketing team (copywriters, design, video editing, social media).
Oversee the creation of content, campaigns, and launches.
Analyze metrics and indicators to optimize strategies.
Ensure the correct execution of sales funnels and automations.
Supervise and optimize email marketing communication.
Monitor trends and best practices in the sector to maintain an innovative approach.
Present results reports and improvement proposals to management.
Coordinate the marketing calendar and the deliverables of each team member.
Support the commercial strategy of new products or promotions.
Previous experience in coordinating or leading marketing teams (minimum 3 years).
Training in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or related fields.
Experience in digital marketing: social media, email marketing, sales funnels, automations, SEO/SEM.
Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms (MailerLite, ActiveCampaign, etc.), CRM, Canva, and automation platforms.
Ability to lead planning meetings, supervise deliveries, and work towards objectives and KPIs.
Intermediate level of English (preferred).
Knowledge or experience in educational projects or the sale of information products is a plus.
