Close deals over the phone or set appointments for in-person closings

Prospect and qualify motivated sellers via calls, texts

Schedule and conduct discovery calls to understand seller needs

Present fair-cash offers confidently and handle objections

Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up schedules

Minimum : 2 years of experience required

Professional Headset required

Job Responsibilities

Prospect & Qualify Leads

• Identify motivated sellers via phone calls and text messages
• Vet seller motivation and property details to ensure fit

Discovery Calls

• Schedule and conduct in-depth calls to uncover seller needs and timelines
• Ask targeted questions to assess condition, urgency, and pricing expectations

Offer Presentation & Objection Handling

• Confidently present fair-cash offers over the phone
• Anticipate and address objections to keep the conversation moving forward

Deal Closing & Appointment Setting

• Close agreements remotely when possible
• Coordinate and set appointments for in-person signings or on-site walkthroughs

Job Requirements

2 years minimum of real estate sales experience
