About the Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and proactive Facebook expert to manage and grow a high-impact personal Facebook page with 54,000+ engaged followers. This role focuses on maximizing lead generation, community engagement, and appointment setting through strategic use of Facebook’s personal profile features, comments, DMs, and groups.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and engage with comments on all existing and new Facebook reels/posts daily.
• Manage and respond to direct messages (DMs) with the goal of qualifying leads and booking appointments with the sales team.
• Proactively dig into older posts and reels, mining for opportunities to reconnect with engaged followers or revive conversations.
• Create and manage Facebook Groups that foster a strong community around the personal brand and convert members into leads.
• Develop and implement strategies for lead nurturing, appointment setting, and community engagement through Facebook personal page and groups.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff and follow-up of leads and appointments.
• Assist in content ideation and creation—not only reels but also posts and community-focused content that sparks engagement.
• Track engagement, lead generation metrics, appointment conversions, and suggest improvements based on data.
• Stay up to date with Facebook’s platform updates, best practices, and tools relevant to personal pages and group management.
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing and growing large personal Facebook pages (50K+ followers) with demonstrable results in lead generation and appointment setting.
• Deep knowledge of Facebook’s personal page capabilities, including comments, DMs, Facebook Groups, and content strategies.
• Ability to create engaging content that drives community participation and lead conversion.
• Strong communication and sales qualification skills, with a knack for turning conversations into appointments.
• Experience using CRM tools or appointment scheduling software to manage leads and coordinate with sales teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
• Able to work 25-30 hours per week, flexible to adapt to posting schedule and engagement needs.
• Bonus: Experience with ManyChat, even if it’s for business pages, and familiarity with automation tools for Facebook.
