Full Job Description

We’re not looking for someone to “check in” on leads. We’re looking for a closer-in-training—someone who knows how to dig for answers, overcome objections, and push deals forward. This is a sales-driven role where speed, grit, and sharp communication matter.

Job Responsibilities

• Hunt down decision-makers via calls, texts, and emails—get the real story, fast
• Build trust while applying pressure—your job is to keep leads moving or cut dead weight
• Log sharp, clear notes in the CRM that make your teammates better
• Stay locked in—train, adapt, and stay one step ahead of sellers

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• 2+ years of phone or call center experience (preferred)
• Real estate or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and stay organized
• Proficiency with Google Docs, MS Office, and CRM systems (Podio preferred)
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
• Reliable internet (50mbps+), backup power, and dedicated workspace
• Ability to work full-time, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST
