This is Darko, I’m hiring on behalf of Nate.

My name is Nate Ginsburg and I am a serial entrepreneur. I'm the founder of SellerPlex, host of the Ecom Exits Podcast, and partner in a handful of other online businesses. SellerPlex specializes in providing supply chain, account administration, and expert-level operations to a multitude of businesses in the ecommerce space. I am looking for a Fractional CMO, to help us design and implement high level strategy for customer acquisition, sales development and company growth.

You will work directly with me, so the right candidate will come armed with the speed, knowledge and experience leading several marketing teams of the right size, and growth-stage to drive the results a company needs. You should be outgoing, fun, friendly, a natural communicator, and invested in continuous learning and growth. 

Your performance will be judged on a few important factors that will be discussed in the interview, as the last stage of the recruitment process.

This is a part-time role which can lead to more work in the future for the right person. Our agency is scaling fast, and we may want you to take on different other projects. 

Key responsibilities:

- Leading brand positioning, segmentation & messaging

- Managing the marketing team

- Owning product pricing, go-to-market, and launch

- Optimizing and improving clients’ online presence

- Building the marketing & sales automation infrastructure

- Creating prospect onboarding and nurture programs

- Creating customer retention and loyalty campaigns

- Branding, PR, and trademarks

- Content marketing & thought leadership

- Paid search and organic search marketing

To succeed, you will have the following skills & competencies:

- Experience with FBA / ecommerce is highly desirable

- Strong High Level Digital Marketing experience 

- Proven track record of designing and implementing marketing strategies in high paced environments

- Marketing Agency experience is a must

- VERY strong communication skills

- Hungry to learn and grow 

- CARES DEEPLY about having an impact personally and professionally

- Takes initiative to solve problems BEFORE asked
