Job Opportunity: Virtual Front Desk Medical Personnel

We are a medical practice specializing in hormones, weight loss, and gut health, seeking virtual front desk medical personnel. The ideal candidate should be either a nurse with strong clinical experience or a medical doctor.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM (30-minute midday break)

We are looking for someone with medical knowledge who excels in customer support. Training specific to our medical practice will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Reliable internet connection and computer equipment
•  Fluent in English with a professional and pleasant phone demeanor
