What we’re looking for: We need a Remote Front Desk (or New Patient Appointment Scheduler)This is a remote (work-from-home) position. Front Desk Receptionists need to speak very clearly, convert warm leads into patients, go "off-script" when needed, handle objections, schedule patients in our software, and complete daily checklists and tasks. This unique mix of right brain (client relationship building and management) and left brain (data analysis, daily checklists/tasks, and software management) skills makes front desk receptionists very special people. They are the lifeblood of our organization and we’re looking to find more wonderful team members who can help us grow!

Job Responsibilities:-
Make outbound sales calls to prospective patients to introduce our physical therapy services- Schedule appointments for patients to meet with our physical therapists-
Use our CRM system to track and manage patient information and appointments-
Communicate with patients via phone and email to confirm appointments and provide additional information-
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement new sales strategies-
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and goals
Job Requirements:- Excellent verbal communication skills- Must be available during New York City Hours- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred- 3+ years of experience in outbound sales, preferably in healthcare or related field- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong organizational and time management skills- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends- Passion for helping patients and promoting physical therapy services
