Brooks Moving and Hauling is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Virtual Executive Assistant. As we enter our busy season, we are looking to expand our remote team and bring on board a dedicated individual who can assist with various tasks and support the day-to-day operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
· Familiarity with process development and optimization.
· Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic work environment.
Additional Information:
· This is a full-time remote position adapting to ETZ (South Florida)
· The salary for this position is up to $900 per month.
· The selected candidate will report to the hiring CEO and will work closely with the existing Virtual Assistant.

Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
· Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing their workload efficiently.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
· Mastery of office productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Calendar).
· Database Management
· Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
· Proficiency in project management tools
· Experience with document management systems
· Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
· Basic understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools
· Troubleshooting basic technical issues, such as connectivity problems or software glitches, and seeking assistance from IT support when needed.
· Basic data analysis skills using spreadsheet software
· Efficient web browsing skills for conducting online research and gathering information
· Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva for creating visually appealing presentations, social media graphics, or marketing materials.
· Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
