Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Virtual Assistant to join the LINKED Permanent Jewelry Training team. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that contribute to our brand’s presence and customer relations.

Requirements:

• High-speed, reliable internet connection.
• A good computer suitable for multitasking.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and spoken skills.
• Prior experience in a virtual assistance role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Canva, YouTube, and major social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Moderating Facebook Group: Engage with our community by ensuring posts meet our guidelines, answering questions, and fostering a positive and helpful environment.
2. Lead Engagement: Call leads from our website to answer queries, provide information or direct them to the appropriate department.
3. Graphic Editing: Use Canva to design and edit graphics that align with our brand image and messaging.
4. Video Management: Upload and manage videos on our YouTube channel, ensuring correct titles, descriptions, and tags.
5. Social Media Management: Schedule posts, engage with followers, and ensure consistent brand messaging across platforms.
6. Facebook Interaction: Monitor, respond to, and manage all incoming Facebook comments and direct messages to maintain positive brand interaction.
7. Instagram Outreach: Engage with potential customers and partners, promote our products, and build strong customer relations.
8. Review Management: Monitor, respond to, and manage company reviews on various platforms, addressing any concerns and thanking customers for positive feedback.

Skills and Qualities:

• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
• Detailed oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.
• Familiarity with the jewelry industry is a plus but not mandatory.
