Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Making sure onboardings get done on time

Maintaining current systems and processes

Reporting to senior management

Creating new solutions to make current systems more efficient

Handling support tickets for the fulfillment team

Setting up automations on GoHighLevel

Setting up automations on Zapier

Job Requirements

Qualification/Skills Needed:

● Must have experience in the agency CRM software: GoHighLevel and Zapier / Setting Automations

● Must have experience in a Lead Generation Agency

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● STRONG attention to detail

● VERY organized

● The ability to stay calm and focused under high levels of pressure

• Wordpress Theme Development - Intermediate
• Software QA Testing - Beginner
• CRM - Intermediate
