Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an Facebook & Google Ads specialist who can come in and manage the ad accounts of some of our clients. We have a lot of clients that we work with and really need a seasoned performance marketing ads specialist who can get good results for our clients.

The right candidate will be task-oriented, analytical, and willing to keep the team and ad accounts on pace to make sure we are meeting or exceeding client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Facebook Ads, Google Ads, CRO, and creative testing. 

Must have a portfolio of work that demonstrates the results that you have been able to provide and the KPIs you have hit.


Job Responsibilities

  • Management of ad accounts
  • Monitor ROAS, ad budgets, KPIs and optimize campaigns to achieve the desired results for our clients
  • Run profitable creative testing campaigns and identify trends to be able to communicate with the client what is working and what we should be creating more of
  • Conduct research on what is trending on social media ads to have a better idea of what will perform
  • Create performance marketing reports for the accounts that you are managing to accurately display the analytics, results, and next steps
  • Strategize on ways to improve the overall marketing strategy for our brands to increase effectiveness
  • Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape, and market trends


Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field OR 3-5 years of experience OR alternative education experience 
  • Prior experience working for an advertising agency is preferred
  • Proficient in Facebook & Google Ads management 
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and a hunger to always provide great results for our clients
  • Autonomous worker with an analytical mind
  • Portfolio of work, results, or case studies
  • You should be comfortable using some internal communication tools such as Clickup, Google Drive, Zoom, and Slack for team meetings and to support other team members with any technical request.
  • You should also be confident enough to push back on the leadership team and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
