As a Short-Term Rental Guest Experience Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth rental experience for our clients. You will also communicate with vendors, manage listings, claims and review responses.
Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their stay
Handle guest communications and resolve any issues that may arise
Manage property listings across various platforms
Communicate with cleaning vendors and coordinate cleaning schedules
Handle vendor communications and build strong relationships with external partners
Assist in the development and implementation of pricing strategies
Make executive decisions to ensure the efficient operation of our rental properties
Use tools such as Slack, Hostaway, Breezeway, WhatsApp and Notion to manage tasks and communicate with team members
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the short-term rental or hospitality industry
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle advanced tasks and make executive decisions
Experience with property management tools such as Hostaway and Breezeway
Ability to work weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving
Strong English (written and spoken)
