Job Responsibilities

• Multitasking: Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring each progresses as planned.
• Quality Assurance: Possess an eye for quality, ensuring all potential hires meet our high standards of excellence.
• Collaboration, Delegation & Instruction: Delegate tasks effectively and provide clear, concise instructions to the recruitment team.
• Information Management: Handle 7 - 10 matching calls per week, ensuring effective communication and match-making between clients and potential hires.
