As an Executive Assistant to the CEO, you'll play an important role in supporting our CEO by managing agendas, calendars, and e-mails, managing client relationships by facilitating day-to-day communication, overseeing their needs and inquiries, and collaborating with internal teams.

In addition, we are looking for a talented assistant who will proactively identify opportunities to improve day-to-day workflows and multitask when handling multiple projects at once.

Job Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing administrative support to the CEO, such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, note-taking, and organizing documents.

• Coordinating meetings, appointments, and follow-up actions with clients and internal teams.

• Collaborating with internal departments such as sales, fulfillment, and operations to ensure alignment with tasks and projects assigned.

• Assisting in the preparation and delivery of presentations, reports, and materials for the company.

• Assisting in travel arrangements, booking, and doing research for national and international trips.

• Providing support to the Operations and Executive team on billing clients, HR tasks, and recruiting.

• Managing Social Media accounts, editing, and posting content.


Job Requirements

MUST-HAVE:

• Excellent level of English, both written and spoken (this is a must)

• Interest in digital marketing/advertising

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities

• Previous experience as an assistant (Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, Office Support, etc.)

• Quick learner with a think-on-your-feet attitude to foresee the needs of our CEO

• A commitment to upholding high standards of excellence, both for yourself and for our company

Compensation:

  • Starting $1,400 USD per month
