HR Operations Director & Recruiter

Full Job Description

Overfuel is looking for a HR Operations Director to join our fast-growing, innovative software company. This role will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for a variety of positions including customer onboarding, quality assurance testing, and software engineering. Job Responsibilities

• Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and community outreach
• Conduct candidate interviews, assess skills and experience, and match candidates to appropriate job openings at Overfuel
• Develop processes and standard operating procedures for attracting, onboarding, and retaining talent
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires by conducting new hire orientations and ensuring all onboarding forms are completed properly and new hires receive relevant training
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers and key stakeholders regarding candidate progress and recruitment metrics

Job Requirements

• The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet recruitment deadlines
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Proven experience in a senior HR role, preferably within a software company
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Technology, Psychology, or related field preferred
