HVAC Procurement Manager

Today Heating & Air is looking for a HVAC Procurement Manager to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for our technicians to manage estimates and get the equipment verified and ordered efficiently. This role requires someone who is organized, communicates clearly, and can think a few steps ahead to keep everything running smoothly.

Position Summary:

The HVAC Procurement Manager is responsible for handling inbound calls, coming up with parts lists, ordering equipment and coordinating with technicians. You’ll ensure equipment is in stock and ready for pickup. Also, any other tasks tp help keep our team operating at its best.

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous Inventory Management or Procurement
  • Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or similar trades
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve on the fly.

Job Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls from customers and schedule service appointments.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure they are on time and prepared for each job.
  • Adjust schedules as needed when jobs run long, emergencies arise, or priorities shift.
  • Keep clear, accurate records of calls, service appointments, and job details.
  • Provide updates to homeowners and tenants on technician arrival times.
  • Maintain a friendly, professional tone with customers and team members.
