Hi there! We are looking to hire appointment setters ASAP! We are launching a new service, to handle leads and follow up calls for our clients, AND get above a 40% schedule rate!

All leads are inbound, and provided to you - no cold calling!

Customer service and / or sales experience is strongly preferred, but not required.

This position is a full-time, 40-hour per week role, with potential for additional hours based on availability. You will be required to work during Pacific Standard Time hours. 

You must be willing to stay on top of all communication channels we use - both email, and slack, and be willing to ask questions when needed. You will also need to be a strong communicator with clients and team members. 

(Side note - if you have a great sense of humor and thick skin, even better! I (the founder) have a really unique sense of humor, and also swear a lot - so if this offends you, or if you're allergic to a fun time, then this role might be a nightmare, lol)

[Voice Communication & Strong English Skills (C1 preferred) Will Be Required]

ABOUT THE POSITION:

  • You will manage outbound calls and a lower amount of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • You will need to follow scripts when calling and handling objections. 
  • Follow up with customers when necessary. 

 

ABOUT COMPENSATION:

  • Will pay every two weeks after the first month.
  • We pay bonuses for great work and employees who show initiative and drive to grow the business
  • We give pay increases based on performance
  • Every month you work, you proportionally accrue paid time off, totaling 6 paid days off over the entire year.
