Full Job Description

Vegancuts is a thriving e-commerce subscription business that is known for amazing boxes coupled with genuine customer service, having won dozens of awards. Vegancuts is run by ex-Silicon Valley leaders intent on fostering a values-based company with a startup mindset, and creating an environment where individual growth is nurtured.

 We’re looking for a full-time (part-time is also OK) team member who is comfortable working CST hours. Our dream candidate has significant experience with building relationships with influencers and negotiating with them. They have also worked with generating backlinks to websites and getting into already-existing articles on 3^rd party sites.

 Ideal candidates have:

1. Practical experience with Tiktok/Instagram/Youtube influencer lead generation, outreach and negotiation.
2. Advanced level mastery of written English/grammar and a fast typing speed. Ability to write captivating emails and respond to complex questions that leads may ask.
3. Experience outreaching and negotiating with article writers/website owners in order to secure placement into highly trafficked articles.
4. Tendency to be in data – including understanding what is/isn’t working and iterating from that.
5. Willingness and ability to learn new things quickly. Being a startup company, this role will evolve and grow over time.

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• Experience with SEO tools such as ahrefs.
• Experience with CRM tools such as pipedrive, salesforce.
• Online collaboration tools like Google Drive/Sheets/Docs/Forms, etc.
• Loving animals enough not to eat them.
