Job Responsibilities

Make 100+ outbound calls per day to warm leads

Use proven scripts while keeping it conversational and authentic, no robotic sales here

Quickly build rapport and uncover the homeowner’s true motivation to sell

Qualify leads based on condition, urgency, and price flexibility

Tag and track everything like a pro inside our CRM

Offer insights and feedback to improve outreach strategies

Show up every day hungry to learn, grow, and win

Job Requirements

You’re a natural communicator who listens well and builds trust quickly

Comfortable hearing “no” and staying positive and persistent

Competitive, self-motivated, and driven by goals

Sales experience (B2B or B2C) is helpful, but we’ll train the right person

Tech-savvy enough to navigate a CRM confidently

Quiet home office setup with reliable internet connection

Advanced English speaker is required
