This is a phone-heavy, high-activity role where persistence pays off. It’s ideal for someone who’s hungry, coachable, and knows that successful outbound sales is a mix of hustle, listening, and timing. Salary negotiable based on experience. This role is fully remote.
What you’ll do:
• Call prospects daily to start meaningful conversations
• Follow up consistently via phone, email & voicemail
• Qualify leads and book high-quality appointments
• Keep clean notes in our CRM (Infusionsoft)
• Work closely with sales and marketing to improve results
What you Bring:
• 1-3 year in outbound sales or appointment setting
• Confidence on the phone and thick skin for rejection
• Strong communication & organizations skills
• CRM experience (Infusionsoft, Salesforce, Hubspot etc)
