About the Role

We’re a U.S.-based immigration law firm serving Hispanic immigrant families. You’ll own our intake and sales pipeline end-to-end: make sure every lead is followed up, every process is followed consistently, and every prospective client feels supported from the first contact onward. You’ll use data to coach the team and keep leadership informed with simple, decision-ready updates (think: a small weekly snapshot, plus a predictable monthly summary).  


Job Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and continuously improve the intake/sales pipeline for prospective immigration clients.
  • Track and analyze KPIs; spot trends and recommend improvements.
  • Lead, coach, and support the intake team to hit clear targets.
  • Ensure consistent use of proven intake and sales processes (simple checklists, clear SLAs).
  • Partner with attorneys, paralegals, and ops for a smooth client handoff.
  • Provide regular pipeline and performance updates to leadership (brief weekly snapshot + monthly roll-up).

What Success Looks Like (first 90 days)

  • A tiny weekly intake snapshot (e.g., speed-to-first-touch, book-to-show, consult-to-retained) reviewed in leadership.
  • Clear follow-up SLAs “followed by all,” captured as 1–2 high-level checklists (vital 20%).
  • Pipeline hygiene standards (no stale leads; accurate stages/notes) with spot checks.
  • A short monthly performance summary that highlights wins, risks, and next actions.


Job Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales or intake teams in a process-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills (comfortable with spreadsheets, KPIs, dashboards).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to process consistency.
  • Excellent communication and a professional, client-centered approach.
  • Comfortable with CRMs and office productivity tools.

(Nice to have)

Immigration law experience or bilingual Spanish/English.

How We Work (remote norms)

  • Cameras ON for key virtual meetings; professional setup (background, lighting, audio).
  • Track time in Hubstaff; request/track PTO in Odoo; Google Drive is the system of record.

Compensation & Growth

  • $1,500/month USD starting salary, with opportunities to increase based on results.
  • Contractors are eligible for a health & wellness stipend after month 3 (per contract).

Classification

  • This is a remote contractor role under our current policy for remote workers.

How to Apply

  • Send your resume and a brief note describing how you’ve used process and metrics to drive performance (examples welcome).
  • Answer the following questions:
  • On Monday morning you discover we’re sitting on a 3-day backlog of inquiries and today’s volume is already spiking. Walk me through your first 72 hours and your 30-day plan. Be specific about people, process, and tools.
  • Our CRM is messy: duplicates, stale leads, inconsistent stages, and poor source tracking. You have 2 weeks to stop the bleeding and 6 weeks to raise conversion without buying new software. What exactly do you do?
  • A distressed prospective client calls about a time-sensitive matter, can’t articulate facts well, and says they can’t afford our consult fee. How do you handle that call from ‘hello’ to outcome while staying compliant (no legal advice), empathetic, and still protecting the calendar?
