As an Intake Paralegal, you’ll be the first point of contact for individuals experiencing workplace issues such as discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, or unpaid wages. You will be responsible for conducting detailed intake interviews, evaluating legal issues based on firm criteria, and coordinating the next steps with attorneys and staff.
Prior experience in a legal setting, intake, or customer-facing role strongly preferred.
Knowledge of employment law or a passion for workplace justice is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Empathetic listener with the ability to engage professionally with individuals in distress.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
Tech-savvy: proficient with email, calendars, cloud-based systems, and CRMs (experience with HubSpot is a bonus).
