Role Mission:
As an Acquisitions Specialist, you will play a critical role in our growth by identifying, evaluating, and securing rural recreational land. You’ll be the first point of contact with potential sellers, helping us find the right properties while building strong relationships. Your contributions will directly tie into our success, and in return, we offer a supportive and growth-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify and nurture incoming leads from our marketing campaigns.
• Efficiently manage our CRM, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurate.
• Make competitive offers and negotiate effectively with sellers to secure profitable deals.
• Build strong relationships with sellers through phone calls and emails.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth transactions.

Skills & Experience Required:
• Proven experience in sales or customer service with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong negotiation skills and rapport-building abilities.
• Experience managing a CRM.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ethical decision-making and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate, especially land transactions.
• Experience with negotiations
