All Star Auto Body, a reputable auto repair shop in Oxnard, California, is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Accountant to join our team. We specialize in collision repair, painting, and auto body services for both commercial and personal vehicles. As an Internal Accountant, you will manage our financial records, process invoices, and ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices promptly.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Provide regular reports on the status of accounts receivable and collections.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and accounting software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
