Full Job Description

As our IT System Coordinator/ CRM Data Manager you will play a key role by owning the company’s data stream. You will be responsible for data hygiene in our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), GoHighLevel; rotating email domains, A/B Test management, and Marketing Reporting. The data you analyze and manage will be used to increase the effectiveness and productivity of all team members. The ideal candidate is someone who is detail and deadline-oriented, has experience with CRM solutions and Google Sheets, enjoys creative problem solving, and thrives in a team environment. Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities (Tasks Associated With The Role)

• CRM Administration
• CRM Data Hygiene 
• Custom development for GHL integrations and workflows. 
• Data Hygiene
• Merging contacts to retain all information in a master contact
• Identify positive vs negative responses in the pipeline and move to appropriate stages
• Lead Sourcing/Skip Tracing & File Data Management 
• Smart Lead Cold Email Campaign Optimization Management
• Verifying Emails
• Uploading Emails 
• Domain Health Management
• Email Rotation Management
• A/B Test Management
• Generate reports on A/B test results, including key metrics and performance indicators across SMS & Email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to interpret A/B test data and make data-driven decisions.

Job Requirements

Skills & Experience (Expected Proficiencies)

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management solutions. 
• Go High Level experience is a plus
• Highly Proficient with Google Sheets
• High Attention to detail
• Deadline-oriented
• Project management experience (minimum of 3 years). Nifty and Monday experience are a plus. 
• Basic understanding of HTML & CSS, Node.js, JavaScript
• Basic understanding of SEO; meta tags, key words, and page descriptions
